Kolpin® Hires New Director of Customer Care
(Fox Lake, WI, May 2011) Kolpin® Outdoors Inc, The leader in ATV/UTV innovation and accessories, has recently hired Glen Urquhart as Director of Customer Care. Urquhart will report directly to Tom Lutes, President/CEO and be responsible for overseeing and spearheading Kolpin’s internal and external Customer Service.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Glen Urquhart brings with him exceptional product and Powersports industry knowledge. Prior to joining Kolpin®, Urquhart spent 20 years in aftermarket distribution with Tucker Rocky and Motorcycle Stuff where he trained internal and external sales forces as well as internal customer service departments.
