The DNR will host an online chat about how and when to plant trees, how to manage trees on your property -- and Arbor Day. The chat with some of the DNR's tree experts starts at noon on Wednesday, April 24. To participate, visit the DNR home page, dnr.wi.gov, and look for the advertisement to enter the chat, or search the phrase "ask the experts."
