Migration Alert - Tundra Swans on the move!
This weekend's warmer weather and rains have created ideal stopover conditions for Tundra Swans as they move west through Wisconsin to their arctic nesting grounds. Birders looking to see swans should focus on farm fields with sheet water in the areas west of Horicon Marsh, the greater Green Bay area or the Upper Miss refuge.http://tinyurl.com/clw6akz.
Please report your sightings to Wisconsin eBird (www.ebird.org/WI) so that we can better track these annual movements!
