What is the connection between Education and Freedom?

*Under the auspices of Hillsdale College, the Academy bases its curriculum on a solid grounding in fundamental academic skills, an exploration of the arts and sciences and an understanding of the foundational tenets of our Judeo-Christian and Greco-Roman heritage.
Administrators from Hillsdale College established Hillsdale Academy with three primary objectives: one, to teach children the skills to be productive citizens; two, to nurture in them the moral qualities and habits of mind that they need to be good citizens; and three, to provide America with an educational model that can be useful nationwide.
