Wild Rice Lake Opening Update # 5
The following date-regulated lakes will be opening for wild rice harvest:
Polk County
- Balsam Branch will open Thursday, September 4th.
- Big Round Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
- Little Butternut Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
- White Ash Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
Oneida County
- Big Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
- Big Lake Thoroughfare will open Thursday, September 4th.
- Gary Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
Burnett County
- Mud Lake (Town of Swiss) will open Thursday, September 4th.
Vilas County
- Frost Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
- Little Rice Lake will open Thursday, September 4th.
- Rice Lake (along Co. Rd. G) will open Thursday, September 4th.
