SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR CRANBERRY CRUSH CASINO NIGHT & MUSIC FUNDRAISER

Eagle River, WI – Trees For Tomorrow (TFT) is pleased to announce its Cranberry Crush Casino Night & Music Fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018. This event raises money to support natural resources education and sustainable forestry outreach, and to provide access through scholarship funds for K-12 students in the Midwest.

The fundraiser will be held at Trees For Tomorrow’s campus, located in Eagle River, WI. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with casino night — fake money, real fun. Players will receive “starter cash” to play blackjack, craps, roulette and poker while dining on an assortment of  homemade hors d'oeuvres. Each player will receive two drink tickets. Local wine and beer will be served at the cash bar. Additional fake cash will be available for purchase.

Players will have a chance to win a variety of raffle prizes at 8:30 p.m. All players must be present to win.

The evening continues from 9-11 p.m. under the big top tent with live bluegrass music by Miles Over Mountains, a progressive, high-energy band from McHenry, IL. Thank you to the John & Melissa Besse Foundation for being TFT’s band sponsor. Attendees can purchase tickets for casino night only, live music only, or for both events.

“Cranberry Fest is one of the busiest weekends in Eagle River, bringing in about 40,000 people to the area, and this event is a great opportunity for sponsors to put their organization in the spotlight while supporting a great cause,” said Chantel Kuczmarski, Community Engagement Coordinator. “No matter which level of sponsorship you choose, we have a variety to meet your budget.”

All sponsors receive recognition in Trees For Tomorrow’s newsletter and website, as well as their logo prominently displayed at this event. Other benefits include sponsor-provided signage at the event and tickets to attend. Table games sponsors can even bring their own dealer to directly promote their brand to players. Top sponsors can be the emcee, have their name attached to the event title and be identified in all press releases. The deadline to sign up for a sponsorship and receive recognition is Sept. 28. 2018.

“Folks can also support the event and show their support of natural resources stewardship by donating an item for the raffle or purchasing a ticket to the event,” added Kuczmarski.

Trees For Tomorrow, started in 1944, is an accredited non-profit specialty school that combines outdoor recreation with natural resources education to more than 10,000 students, teachers and adults each year on its Eagle River campus.

Sponsorship and registration forms are available online at www.TreesForTomorrow.com. For more information, contact Chantel Kuczmarski at (715) 479-6456 or email tft.info@TreesForTomorrow.com.
