Public input opportunity on CDAC deer season recommendations
Help shape the 2016 deer season in your county!
The County Deer Advisory Councils (CDACs) have released their recommendations for 2016 antlerless deer harvest quotas, permit levels and season structure. Now is your chance to review these recommendations and provide feedback to help your county council finalize them.
Review recommendations for any county you are interested in and provide your feedback at http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/hunt/cdac.html. Click “Find” to access your county’s information. Then, submit comments online by completing a public input form.
The public comment period is open from April 4 - 17, and CDACs will meet during the week of April 18 to make their final recommendations. To learn more about the CDACs, or to apply for a seat on a council, visit the CDAC Web page at dnr.wi.gov, keyword "CDAC."
