Pheasant Hunting Season is Here!
Get your pups ready- hunting season begins this Tuesday, October 2nd!
Training activity is now over until the season ends in mid-April. Hunts are by reservation Tuesdays thru Sundays (closed Mondays for all activities). Call the Club at 262-968-2400 to book your hunt! Please remember the minimum release is now 3 pheasants per gun- 4 guns maximum per field. Everyone in the field is required to wear blaze orange whether or not they are shooting. TheOctober & November Member Special is 10 pheasants for $185including tax. You can have up to 4 hunters in the field for the 10-bird special and the 10 birds must be used all at once during the months of October and November. Chukar are also available to add to your hunt! The cost per Chukar is $15/each including tax for 1-5 or $14/each including tax for 6 or more. Don't forget you can ask to keep a few birds in a crate rather than having them all planted if you want to do a little training during your hunt!
Sporting Clays activity will continue with regular hours during the month of October. The course and 5-stand are open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm- sunset (last squad out around 5:30/6pm) and Saturdays from 9am to 3 pm. After Daylight Saving Time ends, the course will be open on Saturdays only in November and the winter 5-stand league will begin the first week of December on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Ammunition for sporting clays and hunting is available at the Clubhouse!
