Movies at the Marsh
HORICON, Wis. -- Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center continues the Movies at the Marsh series for families on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 6:30 p.m. with a screening of “Flushed Away,” a family friendly movie that delivers an educational message.
From the folks behind Wallace and Gromit comes the story of Roddy, a London high-society pet rat, who is flushed down the toilet by Sid, a common sewer rat. Hang on for a madcap adventure deep in the bowels of Ratropolis, where Roddy meets rodent-hating Toad and his faithful thugs, Spike and Whitey, and has to learn a whole new and different way of life.
Movie celebrities Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet and Ian McKellen lend their voices to the animated characters.
Don’t miss this opportunity to see your favorite movies on the big screen. All movies are family friendly (rated G or PG), free and open to the public. Refreshments are available.
The Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center is located between the towns of Horicon and Mayville on Hwy. 28. Please use the lower entrance.
