MARBLESEED AND LA CROSSE DISTILLING CO. PARTNER TO RELEASE CO-BRANDED BEER

Explore La Crosse is excited to announce that Marbleseed, a nonprofit dedicated to cultivating the Midwest’s organic and  regenerative farming community has partnered with Wisconsin-based distillery, La Crosse Distilling Co. to release a co-branded beer in efforts to fundraise for the Midwest-based nonprofit. The distillery, which focuses on organic and sustainably-produced spirits, is set to host two guest brewers from Marbleseed’s team. This partnership highlights the excellence of organically-grown and sustainably produced food and drink, and how it can impact local communities for the better.

"The partnership between La Crosse Distilling Co. and Marbleseed embodies our shared  dedication to sustainable agriculture and supporting local communities. By working together, we aim to promote organic farming practices and create high-quality products that reflect our commitment to environmental stewardship and Wisconsin’s rich agricultural heritage." - Angela  Weber, Owner

The beer, “Farmony Farmhouse Ale” will be brewed by Marbleseed’s Climate and Conservation Director, Thomas Manley and Dylan Bruce, farmer at Circadian Organics and Marbleseed board member. The brew is set to be released October 15 at a fundraising event hosted at the distillery. With a $50 ticket, guests can attend the event that runs from 2 to 5 p.m. to get a first taste of the farmhouse ale, tour the distillery, and enjoy a curated menu featuring local organic produce.

Those interested in supporting Marbleseed’s work and getting a first taste of the co-branded  farmhouse ale can learn more and RSVP at marbleseed.org/events/cheers-to-organic-farming
