Joe Biden is doing the right thing for himself

Joe Biden is doing the right thing for himself…and the rest of us need to make sure we can do the same by voting for President Trump.

Joe Biden is doing exactly what he should be doing as a member of a very well understood minority of the country; those at risk. He is a 78 year old male and very concerned about contracting COVID-19, so wearing a mask and staying isolated at home is very appropriate for him. Anyone who feels that they are in a high risk category for COVID-19 should do the same.

The vast majority of us, however, are not in that group. We are healthy and appropriately willing to live with the minimal risk that COVID-19 presents. There are exceptions to every rule but for most of us, if we come down with COVID-19, we will feel sick for a while, recover, and move on. That’s why it’s so important for us, as a nation, to open up and get on with living. There is plenty of work to do and the economy needs to be nursed back to health.

After we’re up and running again…we can swing by Joe’s house in Wilmington and see if he needs any help.
