Embark on a gastronomic adventure at Schuby's Neighborhood Butcher with the Chef Experience Series! From the secrets of sausage making to the precision of beef butchery, culminating in a butcher-style Omakase dinner, prepare to dive into the world of food. 

 

Sausage Making 101

$75 | 5 tickets maximum per purchase

Thursday, October 26th | One ticket includes the sausage making class, a welcome beer, light appetizers, and 6 take-home sausages valued at $20.

In this session, Chef Patrick will showcase his sausage-making expertise, demonstrating the art of crafting snack sticks, summer sausages, and cured and smoked varieties.

 

Beef Butchery 101

$150 | 5 tickets maximum per purchase

Thursday, November 30th | One ticket includes the beef butchery class, a welcome drink, light appetizers, and take-home premium beef cuts valued at $50. Join us for this special hands-on and interactive event where you'll witness Chef Patrick expertly break down the front quarter of a cow, guiding you through each step of the process.
