Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area Updates and Events
The weather has turned colder and the first snowflakes haven fallen, but don't let that stop you from coming out and enjoying Horicon Marsh! Visit here to learn about some of the great winter events that are coming up. Also, the entire marsh (both state wildlife area and national wildlife refuge) is open for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing starting on December 1.
The Horicon Marsh Education Center and Explorium will be CLOSED on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. Regular hours are weekdays from 9am-5pm and weekends from 10am-5pm. Annual passes for the Explorium are now available and make great holiday gifts!
