Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area Events

Spring has finally arrived and so have the birds!  Celebrate birds at the 21st annual Horicon Marsh Bird Festival with hikes, bus and boat tours, bird banding, live raptor programs and so much more.  Visit the Horicon Marsh Bird Club website for more information and registration information.

Be sure to look at the May newsletter for information about the Wildflowers for Wildlife native plant sale, stories at the marsh and the Horicon Marsh Paddle.

The Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center is located at N7725 Highway 28 in Horicon, WI.  Save time during your visit to immerse yourself in the hands on interactive exhibits of the Explorium.  Contact Liz Herzmann for more information or questions.  Elizabeth.herzmann@wisconsin.govor 920-387-7893
