Winter Free Fishing Weekend is here! No fishing license is needed to fish any where in Wisconsin on Jan. 18-19, 2014. That’s true for Wisconsin residents and visitors alike. No fishing equipment? No problem. Nearly 20 DNR sites have ice fishing gear you can borrow. Contact the staff person listed for a loaner site near you to arrange to get the gear.
