Fishing remains good on Long Lake! Walleye are still biting as well as Northern and lots of nice bass both small and largemouth. Bluegills are finishing up spawning and are abundant! All are still pretty shallow. Favorite baits this week have been leeches (all sizes), crawlers and worms. Still selling minnows too! Still reports of all species being caught off the docks too! Come on out and enjoy the fishing!

The weather has kept the fish in the shallows on most lakes, as the warmer weather approaches you can plan to be fishng deeper. We get a lot of commets about bass, "seems like a lot of the lakes are getting overrun with the bass," as they are not catching as many northern. To take the kids out for the bluegills/panfiish the best option is still the jig and waxies. We are selling a loto of the Yum dingers in red shad and blue black. also the salted net bait plastics. The carry the Rapala shadow rap in 6 colors and 2 sizes...it's a fairly newe Rapala that is working well. We got in lots of Bass baits, Rat l traps, Spro, Zman skirts, etc.
