First Thursday at the WILD Center - June 4th
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Spring has sprung and that means there is lots of things growing at the WILD Center including weeds. First Thursday – Volunteer Day at the WILD Center is scheduled for June 4, 2015. You are invited to stop by Thursday, June 4th during the afternoon to lend a hand at the WILD Center; 4:00PM is a good start time. Things that require attention, in addition to taking care of the weeds and planting some new plugs and some seedling trees, some minimal carpentry work upstairs, unplugging downspouts, reseeding some locations, cleaning microscope and setting up telescope.
At the end of the day, plan to stay for pot luck. Bring something yummy to share, and we’ll eat and get caught up with each other’s activities around 6PM. We’ll have beverages on hand. The WILD Center is located at 2285 Butte des Morts Beach Rd, Neenah. http://wildoneswildcenter.org/
