Explore La Crosse Announces New Area Marketing Videos
Video library and video creation opportunity for Tourism Partners in La Crosse County.
Throughout 2016-2017 Explore La Crosse and metre, a La Crosse advertising agency, produced twenty videos on a variety of topics to promote La Crosse County and what it has to offer tourists, residents, businesses, and conventions.
A few videos topics include outdoor recreation, the arts, dining, and festivals. The videos also highlight area musicians and bands, which contributed to the soundtracks, including Them Coulee Boys, Gregg Hall, Tugg, and Feed The Dog.
Twenty videos were filmed over four seasons for use on a variety of digital platforms including Facebook and for pre-roll ads on YouTube. Concurrently a video library was created for use for area tourism partners.
Explore La Crosse partners are invited to work with metre to utilize the existing video library, the existing collected video will be free to partners with pre-approval from Explore La Crosse. These independent projects would likely be able to draw heavily on the footage from the initial project, but may require some additional footage and production work potentially including future editing, new video collection and other miscellaneous costs which will be at the cost of each individual partner.
Explore La Crosse Membership Partners, businesses, and individuals interested in utilizing the library are invited to attend a gatheringJuly 13, 4:30pm - 6:00pm at metre to view and discuss the videos and future video projects.
All area businesses and individuals are invited to view the Explore La Crosse videos at explorelacrosse.com/videos, these videos may be shared, embedded, and utilized as a promotional tool for La Crosse County.
