2016 Winning Sticker designed by Rachael Wirth, a senior at Appleton North High School.MADISON - Wisconsin high school students have until April 13, 2016 to submit entries for the 2017 Wisconsin state park sticker design contest. The contest is open to all high school age students (ninth through twelfth grades) attending public, private or parochial schools in Wisconsin.
