DMAP application deadline

It's not too late to sign up for DMAP in 2016!  March 1 is the deadline for properties of 160 acres or more.

Wisconsin's Deer Management Assistance Program can help you get started on the path toward managing the property you own or hunt for healthy deer and healthy wildlife habitat, and applying is the first step!  The application deadline for properties of 160 acres or more is March 1 to be eligible for a site visit by a biologist and forester in 2016.  However, applications may be submitted at any time to immediately receive DMAP benefits such as invitations to habitat and deer management workshops and access to online DMAP resources.

Want to enroll 160 acres or more, but not yet ready to jump into property management?  Sign up for DMAP at Level 1 to consult your local biologist, explore online resources and participate in workshops at no cost.

To learn more about DMAP benefits and to apply, visit dnr.wi.gov, keyword "DMAP."
