Attention Winnebago System Fisheries Enthusiasts
For the past 4-5 years I have been sending out email updates from our
Oshkosh fisheries team including survey reports, daily updates during the
sturgeon spearing season and spawning runs, and any other relevant
information to the Winnebago System fisheries management program. We have
migrated these email lists to a Gov Delivery system and from now on the
messages will come from a generic state email address, rather than directly
from my Ryan.koenigs@wisconsin.gov<mailto:Ryan.koenigs@wisconsin.gov> email.
I assure you that the email messages will not change, as I will still be the
one writing them, but they will just be delivered in a different format.
The first message should be sent out within the next 15-30 minutes and will
include the regulation pamphlet for the upcoming 2017 Lake Sturgeon spear
fishery. So be on the lookout to make sure you aren't accidently deleting
email reports in the future.
