2016 Youth Expo - Still in Need of Volunteers
Hi to all Youth Expo Volunteers:
We are still in need of volunteers! If you can help, please respond soon. We want to make sure we have enough volunteers for the event to run smoothly. Thanks to all of you who have responded already!
Arrival time for volunteers is 8AM both days to set up and be ready to go. The buses usually start arriving about 9AM.

Mackenzie Center, Poynette WI, May 18th and 19th.
We will be mentoring school students shooting BB guns and Bows. Lunch, soft drinks, and water will be provided each day. If you volunteer both days and are traveling 60 miles or more, a double occupancy motel room will be provided if requested. If you know someone who is not a hunter education instructor who would like to volunteer and you can vouch for that person, please ask them to volunteer. We would need name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of that person. We need to know if you are volunteering one day or both days. If you are volunteering one day, please let us know which one. This year we are looking for at least 5 volunteers a day who are familiar with shooting compound bows to help at the archery tent. Parking will be in the upper parking lots and shuttle buses will be used to get volunteers around. Please contact me if you want to volunteer, if you can recruit some new volunteers, that would be great.
