Our county forest land and numerous parks offer a wide variety of outdoor recreational opportunities year round. There are numerous trails that provide access for hiking, scenic drives, mountain biking, wildlife observation, berry picking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, camping, swimming, boating, golfing, hunting and fishing. 
With over 135 miles of ATV trails as well as snowmobile trails we can accommodate your needs in every season. Fish one of our seven named lakes that cover over 1,741 acres or our 20 miles of trout streams. There are a variety of fish that can be found here including; trout, northern pike, walleye, bass, panfish and muskellunge. We have an abundance of whitetail deer, traditional small game and black bear.
