I’ve been invited by OWO super writer John Lindeman and his wife Tabitha to sit a day or two in their booth (#944) at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Show to be held March 4 through March 8. But show hours are Wednesday, March 4 through Friday March 6 from 12 pm- 9 pm, Saturday, March 7 from 10 am -9pm, and Sunday, March 8 from 10am- 6pm.

We’re busy putting out the last 10,000 copies this week with long-time advertiser Dave’s Turf & Marines’ special advertising insert offering Spring Fling, March Madness prices on Princecraft boats, John Deere lawn equipment, and many other quality names in chain saws, lawn trimmers and other power equipment.
The new OWO issue has also been posted here for a few days on this website homepage. I think our guys, and three or four of our women columnists did a great job bringing you everything from the bear and turkey hunt, to firearms and eagle watching in Wisconsin. I’d list the fishing features but there are at least a dozen hard water and open water stories spanning bluegills to steelhead and walleye runs on several rivers to….well….lots more to get your through to that first precious Saturday in May.
