Jack Pendergrass 12 of Washburn get's his first Tom
Jack Pendergrass, 12, of Washburn, took his first turkey April 26 with snow still on the ground. Tom had an 8-inch beard and 3/4-inch spurs. According to Jack’s dad, OWO columnist Darrell Pendergrass, an additional 6 inches of snow is slated for tonight, May 1 in Lake Superior Country .
