9/4/13 - Reported by  Long Lake Bait and Tackle

Really nice Crappie & Bluegill continue on Long Lake!  And hungry for any type of bait and or jig/lure!!!!!  Fun for everyone!  Still seeing some nice Large Mouth Bass and Walleye, although they have slowed a bit from earlier this summer, you can still find some nice one's! Just depends on the day/night temps to determine where they are, but you basically find them just of the edge of the weeds in anywhere from 3'-20' of water. The weather is predicted to be really nice this week so come out and enjoy!  Quick note: The Leech season has ended. We still have a good selection of live bait, crawlers, leaf worms, euro worms & waxies!
