Price County Fishing Report 10/6/14
Water temps have fallen to 48 to 52 degrees on most area lakes and the fish are starting to bite very well, I have been doing mostly Musky trips and the action is good, we are having a lot of luck with lures like Suicks, and Jakes. A lot of our fish are also coming on suckers and quick set rigs. Crappie action has picked up again as well, We have been getting the Crappie in the deeper basin areas of the lakes, plastics are still producing well, but don't overlook minnows under a slip bobber either. Walleye are biting better mid day, look for the walleye in deeper water around inside turns of old river Channels, A Bottom Feeder tackle jighead tipped with a fathead minnow has been the go to for walleye.
