"I've been fishing for more than 40 years, and there's still a magic to
thinking like a fish and catching them-whether it's bluegills, bluefish, or
my all-time favorite, stream trout," said Motoviloff. "There's also a knack
to cooking fish, which is a big part of the whole experience - I always
appreciate sharing my recipes, especially with an audience like Horicon's
that's so rooted in the natural world."

In his spare time, Motoviloff is an outdoor writer, chef and avid sportsman.
He has appeared on Dan Small's Deer Hunt Wisconsin and holds cooking
seminars at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sporting Goods Show, Janesville
Public Library, Whole Foods and Wine and Dine Wisconsin.

The Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center is located between Horicon,
Wis. and Mayville, Wis. on Hwy. 28. For a detailed list of all Horicon Marsh
