Here's our Long Lake Fishing Report! Fishing has been super in the morning hours and late afternoon-early evening for some really nice Walleye and Northern. Also catching a few nice Crappie and Bluegill too! Walleye & Northern seem to be sitting just off the edge of the weed lines at about 18-20' depth. Folks are using lots of live bait, Suckers & Shiners. Panfish favorite baits include Crappie minnows, Fatheads, Waxies & Spikes. We are back to making ice after the thaw on Sunday. Reports of ice thickness coming in between 2"-8" with a dusting of snow on top, very slippery. As always exercise caution on the lake and keep checking for ice depths! Enjoy the great fishing!

Over the weekend we had a lot of fishermen out. Monday's warm weather slowed things down, even though we still had good ice, just water on top of it..Today it's back to winter. The colder weather will make the ice solid again and fishing should resume. We've had some nice northern come in from Spooner Lake and talk of Bass at the pond across form Tony's. Crappies on Clam Lake too. Shiners, for the most part, seem to be the favored live bait. We now have spikes and mousies as well as waxies for the panfish and crappies. Also selling some GULP minnows for jigging. open everyday at 6:00 am, coffee's on!!
