Dear Winnebago Sturgeon Enthusiasts:
This spring I was fortunate enough to have Matt Ahrens and other members from our DNR film crew join us for sturgeon spawning assessments on the Wolf River. While Matt and crew were in town, they filmed some great underwater footage of sturgeon at a couple of spawning sites located on private property. The video was edited by Matt, with the assistance of Mary Farmiloe (also with the DNR film crew), while the original soundtrack is courtesy of Wisconsin musician Dick “Blackhawk” Kapusta.
