Washburn County Fishing Reports 12-21-12

Long Lake is still making ice! We have approximately 2-3 inches with some open water yet so tread lightly! Folks are getting out at the narrows landing and catching fish! This week the Northern seem to be biting the heaviest, folks are using Northern Suckers as the bait of choice. A few Walleye with the bait of choice being Walleye Suckers, both Medium and Large Shiners. Some Crappie and Bluegill on Crappie minnows, Waxies and Spikes.
