Successful Spearer List and Harvest Summaries
Winnebago System Sturgeon Spearing Enthusiasts:
The last week of the sturgeon spearing season provided time for data entry
during the season, and as a result we already have the list of successful
spearers prepared and ready to distribute. I have attached three documents:
1) Successful spearer list including the length, weight, sex, date of
harvest, and registration station for each fish that was harvested during
the 2016 season, 2) Final harvest numbers by station and lake area along
with the average length and weight of the fish harvested from Lake Winnebago
and the Upriver Lakes, and 3) Harvest numbers by county of primary
residence.
I will distribute more summaries as they become available.
