WI, MN propose fishing reg changes on Mississippi River
Open house meetings are set for next week on proposed changes in bag and size limits for gamefish on the Mississippi River between Hastings, Minn., and the Iowa border.
Wisconsin and Minnesota DNRs are proposing changes based on input provided by anglers and others through public meetings and an online questionnaire earlier this year.
The open house meetings will be held Nov. 13, 14 and 15, in Red Wing, MN, Winona, MN, and La Crosse, WI, respectively. People can drop by any time between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
