Fishing and Outdoor Report for Washburn County

1/14/16- Reported by- Long Lake Bait, Tackle & C-Store

Ice condition reports on Long Lake are coming in at around 6"-8"  with a few 10" spots.  Crappies have started to bite.  Folks this week have been catching Crappie, Bluegill, Perch, Bass, Walleye & Northern.  Most folks have been using Waxies & spikes for the Panfish, but did hear Crappie are just starting to bite on minnows too!  Shiners and suckers working well for Walleye & Northern.  W have a full line of fresh bait available for you!  Hours: 7a.m.-5p.m. Tuesday thru Saturday, Sunday's 7a.m. - 3p.m. Closed on Monday's.
