5/8/15- Reported by Long Lake Bait & Tackle
Fish are biting on Long Lake! Some really nice Bass, Bluegill and Walleye! Still some nice fish in Mudd Lake too! Folks having to work a tad bit for the Crappie, but they are out there. All species seem to be mostly in the shallows. Live bait is working best, minnows, leeches and crawlers. Had a customer tell us he was sitting in his boat tied to his dock and caught a 20" Walleye with a Mepps! We are fully stocked with live bait. Be sure to stop by and visit us on Sunday from11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for our Annual Customer Appreciation Day!~ We'll be cooking up brats from Louie's Finer Meats till there gone!
