Ashland Fishing Report November 19, 2019

Anglers All reports:  There are a few anglers still trolling IF they can get out that is! There are some anglers going Inland to fish but we stress safety! We are still in-between fishing until Mother Nature decides it's time to ice fish. We have some ice forming on the shoreline.

Scott Bretting from River Rock Inn & Bait Shop reports:  There have been reports that a few boats are still going out of Bodins Resort. There is a launch fee there and only Mother Nature knows how long that will continue. We are in-between seasons right now for sure! Most Boat Landings are froze up with the nights in the single digits. It won't be long and you will be on fish-able ice. However, we stress "Be Careful" and "Safe". Call ahead for an ice condition report before venturing out! There are reports that a few of the Inland Lakes have some ice (3 inches were reported). Pan fish, Perch and Crappies were being caught, BUT remember; just because you see ice, doesn't mean it's safe ice! Stay tuned for ice updates! Hunters; get your rifles sited in before the weather gets too bad. Happy Hunting and Happy Thanksgiving from River Rock!
