WI DNR - Angler Education - Clinics and Learning Opportunities Update

You are subscribed to Clinics and Learning Opportunities for Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. This information has recently been updated, and is now available.

Check the angler education page for updates to instructor training workshops. (It might not be posted until Friday.) Look for a workshop scheduled for April 22 in Belgium, Wisconsin. The workshops scheduled for southeast Wisconsin are being rescheduled due to Spring Break.

Watch for reminders to plan Free Fishing Weekend clinics. It's a great way for recreation departments to kick off summer fishing programs. Clubs and civic organizations also do a great job of offering family clinics and how-to sessions for young adults who missed the boat as kids.

There is still room in the Madison-based Fishing for Dinner class. This 4-session class is geared for adults who value local foods and would like to learn how to catch their own dinner. Search for "Fishing for Dinner" on our website and sign up.
