Anglers are finding a few northerns in the Bay and there are plenty of salmon and
trout out there right now so fishing should be great, especially this weekend with
a great forecast predicting sunny skies.
The bass are biting like crazy right out in the Bay and at the Rock Pile using
big sucker minnows. If you want to know how to get to the Rock Pile, just give a call over to Anglers All and they will direct you.
The wind has calmed down the past couple of days so boaters are out on the lake.
The bass are always biting and the local anglers predict there should be more fish in the
streams now that we have had some rain.
Everyone is getting excited for Ice Fishing. It seems to be a favorite fishing time of year
for many anglers. Roger is getting a lot of inquiries about the upcoming ice fishing season.
Typically the fishing should remain the same for the next couple of weeks.
The Ashland Chamber of Commerce welcomes all the visiting anglers to Ashland, Lake Superior's Hometown.
