DNR Public Affairs Manager Lisa Gaumnitz thought as anglers we would enjoy the appropriateness of what DNR Fisheries Director Mike Staggs left behind as he finished clearing out his office over the weekend and headed into retirement. We certainly did here at On Wisconsin Outdoors.
