SE WI SCTP Youth Trapshooting Final Conference Standings

The 2012 Southeastern Wisconsin SCTP Youth Trapshooting Conference season comes to a close over 500 young athletes took their final shots of the ten-week season as the twelve area schools prepare for senior graduations and summer break.

For the second consecutive year the Burlington High School Demons finished with an unblemished conference record by downing Cudahy (1-9) 119-98. Christian Jensen, Jordan Hintz, Terry Carr and Myles Walker each broke 24 to lead the Demons over the Packers who were led by Andrea Turlick’s 23.

Wilmot finished the regular season 9-1 by downing Muskego (1-9) 122-112. Joseph Asleson & Steeven Heelien each carded 25’s for the Panthers. Jake Mason, Keri Udvare and Dan Bombrowski each broke 23 to lead the Warriors.

Marquette (7-3) finished the season on a strong note with a 118-111 win over Lake Geneva Badger (4-6.) John Steinle, Alex Borden and Grant Fliesner each dropped just one target while the Badger were led by RJ Klade’s 24.

Alex Dawson and Ryan Maier were perfect for the Broncos as Union Grove bested the virtual score to the finish the season 7-3.

Waterford also finished 7-3 by downing Westosha Central (6-4) 118 to 115. Nick Kinateder, Hunter Swan and Brandon Travis each breaking 24 for the Wolverines. Christy Schneckloth paced the Falcons with a 24.

Racine Lutheran finished 5-5 by downing Oconomowoc (2-8) 110-100 with Daniel Roeder leading the Crusaders by breaking 24 targets. The Cooney were led by Dalton Dunham who broke all 25 clay pigeons.

Winners in Junior Varsity this week were Jefferson, Badger, Burlington, Wilmot, Waterford and Lutheran. Austin Torrez, Joe Altwies, Jonah Kramer, Cole Mewis and Kasey O’Brien all had perfect scores in JV.

The 2012 season will conclude with the SEWI SCTP Conference shootout at the Waukesha Gun Club on June 8th and 9th.
