3 Bird 5 Stand League: 7 weeks - 45 targets per week. We are currently in week 1. Sign-up currently available at the club.
Spring Skeet League: 8 weeks - 25 targets per week. Starts on March 16th. Sign-up currently available at the club.
Shirts, division patches, 50 and 45 straight pins and league prizes must be picked up at the club in the next 30 days. Thank you.
Winter 5 Stand League Survey: Waukesha Gun Club hosts one of the largest Winter 5 Stand leagues in the nation thanks to each of its participating members and hard-working staff. WGC invites you to share your thoughts on the 2023-24 Winter 5 Stand League. WGC will be awarding a 10 round shooting card to one randomly selected survey participant by the end of March. Safety Notes: In the 5 stands, the muzzle of your shotgun must be out the window of the house at all times while putting ammunition in your gun, closing your gun with ammunition in it and while shooting your gun. Safety depends on all of us working together. If you see anything that is unsafe, please let management know immediately!
The consumption of alcoholic beverages are not allowed before or during shooting!
Primers: We sold out of the Winchester primers in just four days. We may be able to order Cheddite primers in the near future. If interested, please let John Atkielski or Ian FitzGerald know so we can order appropriately.
Shells Sale: We now have around a 1/3 pallet of Nobel Sport 1 ounce, 1378 feet per second, #7 steel shells on sale for $80.00 per flat, which includes sales tax. These are available on a first come, first served basis to members or non-members and are going fast. Get yours before they are gone!
Waukesha Gun Club History: Waukesha Gun Club has a rich history dating back to its origination in 1936. This link contains a scanned version of the Club Championship Shoot held in 1961 which commemorated the Silver Anniversary (25 years) of WGC’s founding. Events at Your Club:
Registered Sporting Clays - our first registered shoot of 2024 is scheduled for March 16th. It will be 100 targets sporting clays and 50 targets 5 stand. online registration is avalable at Scorechaser.com.
We are currently in need of clean 55 gallon plastic barrels that will be used for garbage. If you have some you would like to donate, please let us know. You can drop them off or we can pick them up.
We are always looking for qualified outside staff. If interested, please contact the club at 262-547-9785, come in and fill out an application or send resume to manager@waukeshagunclub.org.
The East Sporting Clays course is closed for the season. The West course and skeet will open each day depending on the weather. The West course will be closed Thursday, March 14 to set-up for the registered sporting clays shoot this Saturday.
