Mossberg® Adds 930â„¢ and 935 Magnumâ„¢ DC Pro Series to Line-Up
High-Performance Shotguns Specifically-Designed for the Rigors of Waterfowl Hunting
North Haven, CT – Combining the best features of our competition-proven, autoloading 12-gauge shotguns with the high-performance demands of waterfowl hunting has led Mossberg to introduce a series of premium 930 and 935 Magnum DC Pro Series shotguns. With their special finishes, these dedicated-waterfowl autoloaders live up to the rigors of flooded timber, frozen tundra or wind-blown, mid-western cornfields. And you can expect peak performance, time-after-time, with the reliability of the same competition-proven parts found exclusively on the Mossberg 930 JM Pro Series™.
For increased performance when seconds count, champion shooter, Jerry Miculek, worked with Mossberg’s team of engineers to develop his signature, competition-ready 930 JM Pro Series shotguns. Now those same parts and finishes have been incorporated into the smooth-cycling, dual vent-gas systems of the Mossberg 930/935 Magnum DC Pro Series. These shotguns feature gas pistons, piston rings, magazine tubes hammers, sears, return spring plungers and return spring tubes that are Nickel-Boron coated for enhanced corrosion resistance and ease-of-cleaning. Additionally, the stainless steel return spring ensures reliable, corrosion-free operation of the recoil system. For faster follow-up shots and to reduce overall friction on internal parts, the shell stop, bolt slide and elevator receive additional finishing.
Staying true to their roots, these shotguns have the following standard features from the original Mossberg Duck Commander® Series: full camo-coverage with Realtree® MAX-5®, a highly-effective concealment pattern whether hunting from a blind or in the field; TRUGLO® TRU-BEAD™ Dual Color front fiber optic sight, ideal for low-light conditions; Mossberg’s Uni-Line™ soft-angled receiver design marries perfectly with the stock for proper eye/sight alignment; and 3 choke tube set (Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder) to easily adjust your pattern based on your shotshell choice or the hunting conditions. A distinctive “DC Pro Series” moniker engraved on the receiver completes the package.
The fully-camouflaged 12-gauge, 3 ½-inch 935 Magnum DC Pro Series shotgun has a 28-inch overbored, vent rib barrel. An overbored barrel in this hard-hitting magnum further reduces felt recoil and delivers consistent, dense patterns. The 930 DC Pro Series 12-gauge, 3-inch shotgun features a 28-inch vent rib barrel and full camo coverage. Both have an easy quick-empty release button which provides for convenient unloading of shells from the magazine.
Whether you are a competitive shooter or a hardcore duck hunter, reliability and increased performance are keys to your success in the field. Look no further than Mossberg’s line of high-performance, autoloading shotguns including the newest members: the 930 and 935 Magnum DC Pro Series shotguns.
