Share the Road to Responsible Gun Ownership

NSSF ENCOURAGES INDUSTRY COMPANIES TO LEAD OTHERS DOWN THE PATH OF SAFETY . . . Owning a firearm, whether for target shooting, hunting or personal protection, is a right every law-abiding American enjoys. It comes with an ongoing commitment to safety and responsibility — something that should be fully understood before buying your first firearm. This is at the heart of Project ChildSafe's message: "Own it? Respect it. Secure it." To help, Project ChildSafe has provided a "road map" of the milestones toward responsible gun ownership that should be considered. See more atprojectchildsafe.org and consider sharing this valuable tool to lead others down the right path.

In an unsigned order, the court vacated the Massachusetts decision, which held the Second Amendment did not extend to stun guns because they were not in common use at the time of enactment, were not then in common use, and had no use in the military.
