Racine Recall Committee Extremely Confident in Signature Count, Expects Recall Election to Proceed

Union Grove, WI - June 7, 2024 -The Racine Recall Committee is extremely confident that the required number of signatures has been gathered to force a recall election for Robin ‘CCP’ Vos. Despite the lack of preliminary reports from the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) since submitting the signatures on May 28th, the recall team believes they have met the threshold necessary for the election to take place.

“The people of Racine County have spoken loud and clear. We are confident in the signatures we have gathered and will defend them against any attempts to undermine this democratic process. Robin ‘CCP’ Vos has bullied his district for too long, and the time for change has come,” said a spokesperson for the Racine Recall Committee.

Throughout the recall process, the Racine Recall Committee has diligently verified and validated the signatures. The lack of a prompt preliminary report contrasts sharply with the previous recall, where reports claiming insufficient signatures were received within hours. The delay suggests reluctance from the authorities to acknowledge the success of this recall effort. Recognizing the recall would challenge Robin ‘CCP’ Vos’s attempts to reduce the number of valid signatures below the required threshold.

One argument against the recall’s success is that some signatures were collected on days 61 and 62 before submitting the signatures. However, the recall group had explicit permission from the WEC, as documented in an email, to collect signatures on those days. This ensures that all signatures were collected within the allowable timeframe and are valid.

The Racine Recall Committee remains steadfast in defending the signatures gathered by the dedicated teams working to remove Robin ‘CCP’ Vos from office. The response to remove this threat to our republic has been overwhelming, with support coming from far and wide. As it turns out, the whole country dislikes Robin ‘CCP’ Vos and was willing to step up to help the people of Racine County have a voice. The people of Racine County have been bullied and threatened by Vos and his allies, leading to a feeling of helplessness. The recall team thanks the patriots who assisted in liberating the people of Assembly District 63.

The recall team looks forward to the upcoming election and to the people of the 63rd having their voices heard.
