Input Needed for the 2014 Deer Survey

If you haven’t weighed in on the 2014 deer season yet, there is still time! Every spring, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources offers you an opportunity to weigh in and provide input that is used in making recommendations that will affect deer management in Wisconsin. You can easily do so from the comfort of your own home by visiting dnr.wi.gov and typing in key words “Deer Hunter Forum.” You’ll find information specific to the counties you hunt and will be asked to take a short survey. Results will be compiled and given to the wildlife biologist responsible for making deer management decisions where you hunt. The survey runs through Friday, April 18th. So get involved, and help us manage our state’s incredible deer resources. |
