Hoyt Pro Comp Elite FX Review
Jenna Heil In the past few months have been working really hard getting because I got a new bow! I decided to get a Purple Hoyt Pro Comp Elite FX. This is the ideal bow for young archers that want to take the next step into competition target bows. I absolutely love this bow! It’s perfect for me. This is a compact bow made for shorter draw lengths. Why I love this bow is
There are two different “Types” of Hoyt Pro Comp Elite FX’s. There’s the short draw Pro Comp Elite FX and the Pro Comp Elite FX. You can also pick two different cams, which are the spiral and the GTX cams. The GTX cams which I have and the reason I picked the GTX cams is because they work best for me. They also feel a lot smoother then the spiral cams to me. Hoyts most aggressive cam, the spiral cams, have a harder wall then the GTX cams and you are also supposed to get a little bit more speed out of the spiral cams compared to the GTX cams. Here are the specs of the bow I got:
23-24.5”
I know a lot of people that love this bow! It’s truly a great bow. I shot this bow through two field tournaments including the NFAA outdoor state championship which I took first place in. It works great not just for practicing but also great in tournaments. Nothing will replace the feeling of when you are getting a new bow. All ways remember to shoot your way to bullseyes. |
