Black, minority Trump supporters censored by Gannett, other media at 2020 RNC Convention. Expect the same as Milwaukee hosts 2024 RNC Convention. Look back four years Wisconsin, to compare and contrast Gannett’s corrupt coverage of the 2020 Republican and Democratic National Conventions to know what to expect July 15-18 when the nation’s eyes rest on Milwaukee, home of the 2024 RNC convention.  The DNC will showcase its conventi...

Big Richland County Bucks

By Wayne Morgenthaler

OWO

Kevin Morgenthaler (l) and Josh Kraner found big bucks on opening day in Richland County.

OWO

Kevin Morgenthaler’s opening day buck was an 8-point monster with a 21-inch inside spread and 11 inch tines.

Josh Kraner and Kevin Morgenthaler found big buck action to their liking in Richland County during the gun deer season.  Both deer in the photos attached were shot on opening morning.  Both hunters saw a group of three bucks and shot the biggest one.

We were able to tag three bucks from our group of four of us with Kevin’s being the biggest.  His was an 8 pointer with a 21 inch inside spread and 11 inch tines.

The temperature was in the 40’s and foggy.  Josh’s buck had just come over a ridge top and stopped about 75 yards away.  Kevin’s buck was going through a brushy draw and stopped for a moment to look back.  His shot was 100 yards with just a small opening to get off a shot.

Good luck to all Wisconsin hunters in the muzzleloader and late archery seasons.
